Willow Gets His Jump Back!.AVI.wmv

Willow has diabetes, diagnosed in October, 2009. He began Lantus insulin in December. He had lost the ability to jump up on furniture due to the neuropathy caused by the damage. Happily, he has regained much of the use of his back legs and has gone from a dose of insulin every 12 hours to every 36 to 48 hours. If YOU have diabetic cat, it is not as difficult to deal with as you might think. With the help of your VET YOU can SAVE your kitty. Feel free to email me if you find yourself with a diabetic cat and need some advice. Please DO NOT feed cats food with GRAIN AND RICE. Avoid DRY FOOD, DRY FOOD will help to CAUSE DIABETES IN CATS

chicken soup for the soul cat food?

i have just adopted two 12 year old cats. they have been eating a mixture of iams & purina dry cat food (bad i know!) – anyhow i have brought home some samples of chicken soup dry cat food and they have been doing pretty good with that. i would like to keep them on that as the price is better than wellness & evo; perhaps i could mix wellness & chicken soup cat food? the more i read, it looks like i should put them on wet food too. do you think that will benefit them since they are already 12 years old? they’re in great health now – but i just can feed them iams or purina anymore! is chicken soup wet cat food any good? i would probably give them both wet and dry food as the wet food alone can get pretty costly! any suggestions for a healthy wet food – how about dry? is chicken soup ok?

purina has corn as a filler ingrediant and cats don’t need corn!
